Registration for Uplift 2010 begins February 8, 2010. Please read over the following instructions so you can be ready. You can also go ahead and download the forms for your group to be filling out.

>> Know the name of each participant before you begin.
>> Click on the link below that applies to you (either group registration or individual registration).
>> Provide all of the requested information and fill in each blank. Submit the form when it has been completed in its entirety.
>> Upon completion, print out the “Uplift Medical Release Form and Application.” Copy and distribute this form to each student and have them fill it out.
>> Print, copy and distribute the Uplift Dress Code and review it with your group before arriving. Make sure each student understands the rules regarding dress.
>> Mail in the completed student forms with a $90-per student deposit or pay online.
>> Notify the Uplift office of any changes immediately.
