::ONLINE REGISTRATION

Registration for Uplift 2013 will begin March 1, 2013.

Cost for Uplift:

The cost for Uplift is $225. If you register before April 29, 2013, the cost is $210. You must be registered online and your deposit paid by that date to receive the discount.

To make registration for Uplift 2013 quick and simple, please follow these instructions.

Remember, your group is not registered until you have registered online, AND we receive your deposit. Registration is first-come-first-serve based on the day that both of those are complete.

>> Know the name of each participant before you begin.
>> Click on the link below that applies to you (either group registration or individual registration). If you are a church, you need to register as a group.
>> Provide all of the requested information and fill in each blank. Submit the form when it has been completed in its entirety. You do NOT have to know all names. You can just reserve a number of spots.
>> Upon completion, print out the “Uplift Medical Release Form and Application.” Copy and distribute this form to each student and have them fill it out.
>> Print, copy and distribute the Uplift Dress Code and review it with your group before arriving. Make sure each student understands the rules regarding dress.
>> Mail in the completed student forms with a deposit or pay online.
>> Notify the Uplift office of any changes immediately.
