Registration Instructions for Youth Leaders

No More Group Pre-Orders, Sponsorship Codes or Split Payments!!!  We are simplifying the registration process this year. We know it may take some time to adjust, but we believe these changes will ultimately make things easier for everyone.

Please follow the steps below to complete registration for each camper and sponsor coming with your group. The leader with the church login will be the only person logging into the Ultracamp system.

STEP 1:

Create or Access Your Account

Create a church account in UltraCamp, or log in to your existing account.

STEP 2:

Add Participants

Add each camper or sponsor to your account. You will need the following information for each participant:

  • First and Last Name

  • Gender

  • Birthdate

  • Grade for Fall 2026

STEP 3:

Register for a Session

Register each participant for the session your group will be attending. During this process, you will need a parent/guardian email address for each camper so that the required medical release form can be sent and completed.

STEP 4:

Check Out

Don’t forget to submit it all at the end of the process!

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Does the youth leader need to register the entire group at once?

No, you can register however works for you up until June 1st.  A space is reserved once registration is complete and medial form has been submitted.  The youth leader will be notified when the parent/guardian has submitted the form.

  • Does the youth leader need to know each camper’s t-shirt size?

No. T-shirt size is collected directly from the parent or guardian on the medical release form.

  • When is the registration deadline?

Registration closes June 1, or earlier if capacity is reached. Uplift continues to grow each year, so we encourage you to register early to ensure your spots!

  • Can the youth leader reserve a block of spots?

In previous years, group blocks could be reserved in advance. Under the updated process, spots are only secured once each camper is fully registered in the system and a signed medical release form has been submitted. This helps ensure that all reserved spaces are confirmed and ready for campers to attend.
