Registration is open now until June 1st or until we reach capacity!

We are excited about another incredible summer at Spark at Harding University!

As we prepare for camp, we are introducing a new registration process designed to simplify group organization and payments for everyone involved.

NEW Spark Registration Process!

If you are attending with a church group, please register through your church leader. The church leader will add your camper to their group account, and a parent/guardian will receive an email to complete the required medical release form. A camper’s spot is only reserved once the medical release form has been completed and digitally signed.

If you are attending as an individual camper (not with a church group), please follow the individual registration instructions below.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

Group Registration Instructions

All campers and sponsors will be registered through their church’s leader. Parents will no longer register campers individually online.

Parents should contact their church’s youth minister or youth leader
to be added to their group’s registration.

Youth leaders will register each camper and sponsor under their church account.


Individual Registration Instructions

Step 1:

Create or Access Your Account

Create a family account in UltraCamp, or log in to your existing account. The parent or guardian must create the account.

Step 2:

Add Participants

Add each camper or sponsor to your account. 

Step 3:

Register for a Session

Register each participant for the session they will attend. 

Step 4:

Check Out 

Don’t forget to submit it all at the end of the process!
